We are on a quest for an ancestral connection and everlasting traditions. We look at the idea of “the mother” as the beginning of all things, an entity that develops and grows life: the mother that gives birth, the mother earth, the mother that creates, the beginning without the end.

We are proud of the magic we can do when preparing our dough: we combine the original and traditional “Verace” Neapolitan techniques, while adding a bit of modernity of the 21st century to it.

Through a calibrated temperature check, and long time leavening of our dough, our pizza comes to you as soft and highly digestible.
